Siân Richards London offers a pro membership to qualifying Makeup Artists, Makeup Students and Beauty Professionals. Membership is a recurring annual subscription. If at any time you wish to discontinue membership, you can cancel it  at any time via the subscription menu in your customer account. All members must manage their subscription payments.   SRL™ does not refund membership fees, thus, if a subscription is processed, you will maintain your benefits for another year or until such time as you cancel.
Membership and the special privileges associated with it may only be used by the individual to whom the membership is issued.
SRL™ reserves the right to reject any application for any reason without prejudice.
Products purchased by Industry Pro members using their discount benefit are for the members’ personal and professional use only and may not be resold under any circumstances. Sian Richards London reserves the right to limit member purchases.
Members can not use their discount for production purchases; any abuse of this trust will mean suspension of membership. Payment must be made by the card in the name of the Pro member.
In the event that the application, or any accompanying information, is invalid or incorrect or where Siân Richards London has reason to believe that the membership has been used in a manner which violates pro guidelines, Intellectual Property or Purchase Policy, Siân Richards London reserves the right to cancel the membership and revoke membership privileges.

All information and content available on the Mothership, its look, feel, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphics, logos, button icons, photographic images, data compilations and software, and the compilation and organization thereof (collectively, the “Content”) is the property of Siân Richards London,  and is protected by United States and international laws, including laws governing copyrights and trademarks.  Neither the Content nor any portion of the Mothership may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our express, prior written consent. Siân Richards London is registered as a Trade Mark and is property of London Brush Company Inc. As such the name of Siân Richards London can not be used within a third party capacity without our written consent.

Siân Richards London does not offer refunds on any of our products for any reason. We offer an exchange if we see an item is proven faulty after inspection, based upon a customers claim, and if we are in agreement that the item is faulty from time of purchase and not due to mistreatment. If you consider an item to be faulty, that does not mean it is. You must prove beyond all reasonable doubt that it was faulty at time of receipt. A change of mind does not grant an exchange. A lack of makeup application skill does not grant a refund. SRL™ is not accountable for misread product descriptions. No open items will be refunded or exchanged  No refunds on sale items; sale items are all final sale only. We do not cover return shipping labels.
NB: SRL™ ships all products in perfect condition, photographing all orders when properly packaged. As such SRL™ is not liable to replace damages items might incur during transition from our warehouse to your mailbox. No items can be returned if they have been opened and used. By completing an order, you agree and abide by our terms and conditions.

In a Nutshell
Brush Shampoo: No refund.
Brush Sets: We replace faulty brushes (after inspection by our team) and will replace the whole set if more than 50% of the set is faulty upon inspection by us.
Cosmetics and Creams: No Refund.
AlcoColour: No Refund.
Siân Richards London provides a 30 day window (from date of order) for all returns; items are not eligible beyond that time.

We make every attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product colours, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We grant you a non exclusive, revocable and limited license to access and make personal use of the Mothership. This limited license does not include the right to:

• Frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose the Mothership or any portion thereof.
• Republish, redistribute, transmit, sell, license or download the Mothership or any and/or all Content (except caching or as necessary to view the Mothership).
• Make any use of the Mothership or any and/or all Content other than personal use.
• Modify, reverse engineer or create any derivative works based upon either the Mothership or any and/or all Content.
• Collect account information for the benefit of yourself or another party.
• Utilise any meta tags or any other “hidden text” using any and/or all Content.
• Use software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or take any other action that may impose an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.

You must retain all proprietary notices, affixed to or contained within this Mothership, without modification

We also grant you a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive license to create a hyperlink to the home page of the Mothership for personal, non-commercial use only. Any website that links to this Mothership:

• May link to, but not replicate, any and/or all of our Content;
• May not imply that we are endorsing such website or its services or products.
• May not misrepresent its relationship with us.
• May not contain content that could be construed as distasteful, obscene, offensive controversial or illegal or inappropriate for any ages.
• May not portray us or our products or services, in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive or objectionable manner, or associate us with undesirable products, services, or opinions.
• May not link to any page of the Mothership other than the home page. We may, in our sole discretion, request that you remove any link to the Mothership, and upon receipt of such request, you shall immediately remove such link and cease any linking unless separately and expressly authorized in writing by us to resume linking.

Any unauthorized use of this Mothership and any and all content by you will automatically terminate the Limited License.

You may choose to create an account at our Mothership if you are over 21 years of age or have reached majority in your country of birth.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting public access. You are responsible for keeping such information current, complete, accurate and truthful. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. You agree to provide only current, complete, accurate and truthful information. If there has been an unauthorized use of your password or account, please notify us immediately. If you are accessing and using the Mothership on someone else’s behalf, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms and Conditions provided herein, and to the extent you do not have such authority you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions and to accept liability for harm caused by any wrongful use of the Mothership or Content resulting from such access or use. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in Siân Richards London’s best interests to do so.

We may obtain personal information about you from various sources. We may collect this information when you provide it on our website, at a trade show,  or via our social media pages.

Information You Provide
You may choose to provide personal information to us in a number of ways, such as when you participate in an offer or promotion, including the Bobbi Brown Pro program, when you make a purchase on our site, at trade shows or  via our social media pages. • Contact information (such as name, mailing address, email address, and mobile or other phone number)
• Age and date of birth
• Username and password
• Payment information (such as your payment card number, expiration date, delivery address, and billing address)

• Your Pro Member ID and last name for verification of your professional status

• Manage your online account, including access to your online and in-store purchase history
• Assist with product selection and replenishment on our Mothership
• Administer the Sian Richards London Industry Programme

• Tailor promotions displayed to you on our site to your interests and history with us
• Communicate with you about, and administer your participation in, special events, contests, sweepstakes, surveys and other offers
• Comply with applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards and our policies

How We Use the Information Collected by Automated Means
We may use the information collected through automated means on this site for market research, data analytics and system administration purposes, such as to determine whether you’ve visited us before or are new to the site, to tailor promotions displayed to you on our site and elsewhere and for compliance with our legal obligations, policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant industry standards and the enforcement of our  T&C’s. We also may use the information in other ways for which specific notice is provided at the time of collection.

California Do Not Track Notice
Under California law, website and online service operators are required to disclose how they respond to web browser ‘Do Not Track’ signals or other similar mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal information about a consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party websites.

Information We Share
We do not  sell or disclose personal information we collect about you, except as described here. We may share your personal information with:

• Third party service providers who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions. We do not authorize these service providers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. Examples of these service providers include entities that process credit card payments, fulfill orders and provide web hosting, advertising and marketing services.
• Other third parties with your consent (e.g., some of our Facebook applications may share information collected through those apps with your Facebook friends or other Facebook users).

In addition, we may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, (ii) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials, or (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity.

We also reserve the right to transfer personal information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use personal information you have provided to us in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy Policy. Following such a sale or transfer, you may contact the entity to which we transferred your personal information with any inquiries concerning the processing of that information.

All items are shipped either USPS Priority shipping and handling with full tracking and up to $50 insurance coverage which is a charged service and which we recommend using for guaranteed safe delivery, or via UPS/Fedex (within Domestic USA).
Order processing takes up to 48 hours after payment has cleared,  and you will receive an email notification at the time your order has its shipping and handling label created. We ship out Monday to Friday with a 2.30pm EDT and GMT cut off. NB; From the time when a shipping and handling label is created, it can take up to 24 hours for the chosen carrier to scan it into their system; this is beyond our control. Within the United States this means that your item should arrive within 3-5 Business Days. International items have a timeline of up to 10 Business Days. 

Please choose your shipping and handling method carefully. If ordering a gift, please give yourself enough of a buffer to allow for unforeseen in transit circumstances. Siân Richards London is not liable for late or lost items or orders damaged in transit; once they have left our facility your order is handled by your chosen carrier and any order issues should be directed to the carrier. Always save your tracking info; you will find it on the shipping label and in your shipping notification email.

International Shipments are exclusive of customs, import duty or taxes.

Siân Richards London offers store credit to all affiliates recommending us. For every order processed (excluding shipping and handling and tax) you will receive 7% Store Credit to your account 30 days after order has completed.

Siân Richards London reserves the right to make changes to any Masterclass or Intensive as need be. As classes are taught by working artists, should an artist be unable to attend a class due to a work booking such as a feature film or television show, SRL reserves the right to replace the tutor and continue the class; all attendees will be notified of such changes and all education standards will still be of the highest.
SRL can amend the content of any Masterclass or Intensive without notice and without refund should unforeseen circumstances occur that prevent, in any way, the original content to be delivered. Siân Richards London will deliver an alternative class that is still of the high standards set as our education directive.

Examples of these changes are as follows:
1:The original model is unable to attend for any reason.
2: One of the educators is unable to attend for any reason.

Siân Richards London will provide a free class to an attendee unhappy with the unforeseen turn of events. A dissatisfied attendee must voice their concerns on the day of the class in person to the educator; this must be done discreetly at a convenient time during class when there is a break. Attendees unhappy with any class, but who continue to attend the class to completion will have ‘attended class’ and as such are liable for no compensation. Siân Richards London will make every effort to ensure that any attendee voicing their concerns within the timeline are treated respectfully, listened to and steps taken to resolve the issue in as timely a manner as possible. SRL will offer any attendee dissatisfied with class a second class from their roster of education for free, attendees can choose the class, of equal value, that they wish to attend and just let us know. Tickets are non refundable.

Siân Richards London offers a Tiered Wholesale Programme. We offer discounts at different rates according to your store type and your needs. In order to maintain your chosen tier wholesale partners must reorder quarterly in the amount of the pre agreed Tier Terms. Partners not ordering the preset value will automatically be bumped down to the next tier level at a lower discount. This affects all Tiers except Bronze which is the base tier. No sale items can be purchased when ordering at wholesale discounted tier rates. Should a sale item be placed in the shopping cart, the entire order will revert to full retail value. Sale items can be purchased in a separate order at retail discount value. When choosing shipping and handling rates, Wholesale Partners must only choose the wholesale shipping and handling rate. If cost of shipping and handling is more than preset rate, Partners will receive a payment link for the difference. Once payment is received, orders will ship.

Siân Richards London reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. If changes are made, we will provide notice of the amendments.  Any and all amendments are effective immediately upon posting to the Mothership. In continuing to use the Mothership you agree to be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions. We may terminate any of the Terms and Conditions displayed on this Site with or without prior notice.
